In today's complex real estate arena, it is essential for clients to have not only a clear understanding of real estate values, but all aspects of the purchase, sales and financing process. While home buyers, sellers and investors tend to focus on price, there are a great many other details of a transaction which may have a significant financial impact on them. I see my responsibilities as more of a real estate advisor or counselor, and by pointing out potential Pros and Cons of a transaction and allow the client to make informed decisions, without the sense of any pressure, to either proceed or not to proceed if it is not in their best interest is my role. I realize people do business with knowledgeable people they trust and I prided myself on staying current with the changes in the industry that will affect the success of your transaction. I am interested in what is best for you, the client, and am absolutely committed to fulfilling your needs with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and service. Helping people make one of their most important decisions is a serious responsibility, but something that I enjoy doing.
My Background
Having invested in my first very profitable real estate investment in 1969. I became determined to learn more about real estate and real estate investments. While working full time as an International Import Manager for one of the largest West Coast nails & wire steel products importers in the country, and then later as a Corporate Purchasing Agent for West Coast base steel company, I received my Real Estate and Business Administration Degrees in 1976. I found my real estate education coupled together with my prior business purchasing and selling experiences, helped honed and developed my real estate negotiation skills, which are not generally known or used by your average real estate agent.
With more than 30 years of real estate education and experience as a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Instructor & Trainer, Mortgage Banker, Manager, and Owner of two real estate companies, my clients can rest assured their Real Estate transactions will be handled with a decisive advantage in achieving their Real Estate Goals and Dreams. | |
